Return and Exchange Policy
All returns and exchanges require a digital copy of your receipt. If you choose to not give us your email, phone number, or name at the time of purchase, you have voided the record of your sale in our sales system. We do not give out paper receipts currently.
Returns are allowed for 10 days, provided they are in their original condition, unused, and accompanied by a digital receipt. You will be given your return in the same form of your purchase, for the same value they were purchased. After 10 days, we will not be able to refund for the cash/credit value.
Exchanges are allowed within 10 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition, unused, and accompanied by a digital receipt. You can exchange for a product of the same value as what you originally purchased, or a gift card may be provided for the original sale amount.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for the cost of returning merchandise and all shipping costs.
Damaged Products Policy
So Much More To The Story is not responsible for damage caused by shipping or after you have left our store or popup. If you see there is damage to a book or product before purchasing, please notify a sales associate. We ask that you make us aware of issues in a timely manner and before the sale is made.
If an item is damaged in store or at a popup by you or a member of your shopping companions to one of our products, we do have the right to ask for compensation for our property. We understand that accidents happen, but if we feel this was preventable, you are liable for the price of the cost of the product.
Customer Service Policy:
Thank you for your cooperation and your respect for our store and our employees. If we feel that you are not showing respect for those in our store and our merchandise, we have the right to ask you to leave. We have the right to refuse service and to protect or patrons, employees, and our business. We have given our employees the right to use their discernment and make decisions using their best efforts and judgement.
